1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using EmailSense ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
EmailSense provides AI-powered email intelligence services including email analysis, priority detection, action item extraction, and thread summarization. The Service is provided by YARNA AB.
3. User Accounts
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- You may not share your account with others or allow others to access your account
4. Email Access Authorization
By connecting your email accounts to EmailSense, you authorize us to:
- Access and read emails in your connected accounts
- Process email content for analysis and extraction
- Store extracted metadata and insights
- Display summaries, action items, and priorities to you
You may revoke this authorization at any time by disconnecting your email accounts.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose
- Connect email accounts you do not have authorization to access
- Attempt to reverse engineer or copy our technology
- Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
- Exceed your subscription's usage limits
- Use the Service to send spam or malicious content
6. Intellectual Property
You retain all rights to your emails and their content. EmailSense and its technology, including AI models and algorithms, are the property of YARNA AB. The Service is licensed, not sold, to you.
7. Payment and Subscriptions
- Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
- All fees are non-refundable except as specified in our Refunds Policy
- We may change pricing with 30 days' notice
- You may cancel your subscription at any time
- Email usage limits reset at the beginning of each billing cycle
8. Service Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or factors beyond our control.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Missed action items or incorrect priority assessments
- Business decisions made based on EmailSense analysis
- Email provider outages or connectivity issues
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sweden.
11. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
