Account Information
When you create an account, we collect your email address, name, and payment information necessary to provide our services.
Email Data
When you connect your email accounts, we access email metadata (sender, recipient, subject, date) and content for analysis. We do not store email content longer than necessary to provide the service.
Usage Data
We collect information about how you use our service to improve functionality and user experience.

3. Email Access & Processing
EmailSense accesses your email through secure OAuth authentication. We:
- Only access emails in authorized folders (Inbox, Sent, etc.)
- Process emails in real-time for analysis
- Store extracted insights (action items, priorities) but not full email content
- Never forward, copy, or share your email content
4. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including:
- End-to-end encryption for data in transit (TLS 1.3)
- AES-256 encryption for data at rest
- OAuth 2.0 for email authorization (we never store email passwords)
- Regular security audits and penetration testing
- Strict access controls and authentication
