Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time:
- Access continues until the end of your current billing period
- No refund for partial months
- Your email connections will be disconnected
- Extracted insights and action items will be deleted
- You can reactivate anytime
Plan Downgrades
If you downgrade your plan:
- The change takes effect at your next billing cycle
- You retain current plan benefits until then
- No refund for the difference in plans
Exceptions
Refunds are not available for:
- Requests made after 14 days from purchase
- Accounts terminated due to Terms of Service violations
- Previously refunded accounts
